HAMA beads

I bought my kids HAMA beads and end up playing with them myself. They are really fun to work with, but patterns help a lot. Just before easter I made this egg stand. They are really easy to make, and very useful. HAMA beads are very useful, not just for
making flat pictures, but for creating all sorts of boxes, frames, holders,....

MATERIALS NEEDED:

- HAMA beads and board,
- baking paper,
- an old iron (not the one with the steam)
- glue

Place beads on the board to make double row circles:
- make 3 double circles with 18 beads in the inner circle
- make 2 double circles with 24 beads in the inner circle
- make 4 double circles with 30 beads in the inner circle

When all beads are inplace, cover them with a baking paper and iron (not too hot) them very gently. After 10 seconds the beads start to melt and stick together.
Remove the beads from the board, turn it around and repeat the ironing on the other side.
Wait till the circles cool down.

The finished circles.

Place the circles on top of eachother. Start with the smallest circle,...
Glue the circles together.
